Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major; HR/Business preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficiency with Microsoft-based applications, Visio, and SharePoint; willingness to learn others
• Ability to drive results in a highly ambiguous and constantly changing environment
• Strong analytical, quantitative and critical thinking; ability to analyze HR reports
• Ability to lead and manage projects independently
• Master’s in human resources or MBA preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment preferred
