Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• 5+ years in HR Generalist or Business Partner roles in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and recruitment practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/ADP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical, skilled trade, and production roles to build high-performing teams.
• Partner with operational leaders to execute workforce planning, talent selection, and onboarding workflows.
• Drive employee relations initiatives, performance management, and professional development programs to boost retention.
• Ensure organizational compliance with federal and state labor regulations while maintaining accurate personnel documentation.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and HR data to identify process improvements and enhance hiring efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration on special projects and company-wide engagement initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on sensitive employee matters, maintaining confidentiality and professional diplomacy.
