Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner for our Madison, GA plywood facility. This on-site role partners with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent initiatives aligned with company goals.

The HRBP will support an hourly non-union workforce and collaborate with the Madison HR Team to deliver robust HR services, workforce planning, and risk management. Relocation or commuting to Madison, GA is expected for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with leadership to drive recruiting initiatives and priorities.
• Experience applying talent management processes (selection, performance mgmt., talent planning) within an organization.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies aligning HR with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships across Hourly and Salaried teams with practical and strategic HR guidance.
• Partner with external community to build sustainable partnerships.
• Serve as site-level SME for HR operations and risk management.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to attract and develop top talent and ensure staffing.
• Oversee probationary reviews and onboarding to boost engagement.
• Support Principle-Based Management practices in hiring and development.
