Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of human resources experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a labor relations capacity is strongly preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing site.
• Lead employee disciplinary meetings and workplace investigations.
• Advise managers on HR policies and compliance with labor laws.
