Job summary

Cologix is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support employees, managers, and leaders across the United States and Canada. The role blends hands-on HR support with strategic partnership, focusing on performance management, leave administration, and organizational effectiveness.

You will enable managers, drive leadership development, and coordinate HR programs across multiple locations while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong employee relations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR partner with strong business acumen.
• Experience across multi-location U.S. and Canada.
• Knowledge of FMLA and local leave programs helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and strategy to leaders across US/Canada.
• Lead manager training and enablement initiatives.
• Manage employee leaves and accommodations in compliance with laws.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning and retention.
• Analyze workforce metrics and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Address employee relations issues with appropriate resolutions.
• Coordinate performance management processes across the org.
