Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives for our Southern California region, based in Vernon, CA. You will partner with leaders to drive organizational development, leadership capability, and employee relations across multiple sites and 1,800 employees.

You will mentor a team of HR professionals, champion diversity and inclusion, and align HR programs with business goals while ensuring compliance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrix organizations.
• Experience with collective bargaining and labor unions.
• Analytical ability to collect, synthesize data, tell the story, and make recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR business partnership, advising leaders on key priorities.
• Serve as the HR lead on key business projects.
• Partner with leaders to meet HR timelines and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with the broader HR team to implement plans for the business.
• Lead and support in Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Employee & Labor Relations, Recruitment and Retention, Performance Management, Total Rewards.
• Align current and future business needs into an integrated HR plan for the function.
• Develop HR solutions by analyzing data and recommending actions.
• Enforce employment laws, policies, and procedures; lead HR initiatives.
• Travel required.
