Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager in Irving, TX to lead organizational planning and partner with managers on people issues. You will oversee HR projects, policy revisions, and talent initiatives while ensuring fair application of policies across the location.

You will drive labor relations, collaborate with COEs, and act as a change agent to enable growth of people and the organization. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary business partner to build effective teams and achieve business goals.
• Manage and develop HR team members to become future HR leaders.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, including labor unions where applicable.
• Demonstrate analytical mindset with a solutions focus.
• Influence leaders to attract and retain talent via training, development and rewards.
• Leverage COEs for leadership development and people analytics.
• Identify root causes via data analysis and propose interventions.
• Improve HR processes to meet laws and policies locally.
• Investigate and resolve labor and employee relations issues with legal teams.
• Apply data storytelling to inform recommendations and decisions.
• Lead HR initiatives and drive change across the organization.
• Travel required.
