Job summary

You will consult with site leaders to drive fair, compliant people practices and partner with Centers of Excellence.

This role requires 5+ years in HR, experience with bargaining agreements, and strong analytical skills. Travel to Louisville, KY monthly is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in HR roles within fast-paced, matrix organizations.
• Experience with collective bargaining, negotiations, and labor unions.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead HR programs and processes for site(s) and region(s) with strong business acumen.
• Consult with leaders on people leadership to ensure positive employee/labor relations.
• Manage projects, track goals, report progress, and implement recommendations.
• Ensure consistent application of policies across locations and execute talent initiatives.
• Act as change agent to enable growth and development of people and organization.
• Travel as required to support multiple locations.
