Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in HR with leadership responsibilities.
• 6+ years in a leadership role preferred.
• Expertise in HR concepts, practices, and employment law (state and federal).
• PHR or SPHR or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Provide strategic HR consultation on org design, workforce planning, and leadership capability.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and capability development.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, and change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance and conduct objective workplace investigations.
• Develop communication and influence plans for organizational initiatives.
• Drive enterprise HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.
