Job summary

Everwise Credit Union in Indiana is seeking an HR Business Partner Director to serve as the strategic partner to assigned business areas, aligning HR programs with business objectives to drive performance. You will drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and employee relations while championing the credit union’s culture and ensuring compliant, high-impact HR practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
8+ years of related HR experience.
6+ years in a leadership role preferred.
PHR or SPHR or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with executives to align people strategies with business objectives and serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, talent management, succession planning, and change leadership.
Develop a deep understanding of business strategies and operating models to provide proactive HR consultation and solutions that drive performance.
Leverage workforce analytics and business metrics to identify trends and address talent gaps with data-driven solutions.
Coach leaders on performance management, development, accountability, and feedback to strengthen leadership capability.
Drive enterprise talent management processes including talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
Ensure compliant HR practices and conduct objective workplace investigations when needed.
