Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking an experienced HRBP II to lead human resources priorities aligned with organizational goals. This role delivers HR services across a designated business unit, acting as a hands-on partner to management on complex HR issues.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in HR (Master’s preferred), 5+ years of multi-site employee relations, compensation, organizational diagnosis, and performance management, with knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years resolving complex employee relations issues, multi-site.
• Experience in HR disciplines: employee relations, compensation, org diagnosis, employee/unions-free relations, performance management, and employment laws.
• PHR or SPHR certification a plus; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
