AltaMed Health Services Corp. in California is seeking an HRBP II to execute Human Resources priorities and strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.

The HRBP II delivers HR services across talent acquisition, retention, engagement, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations, acting as a business consultant and change agent for designated business units.

This matrix role requires strong communication between HR and Operations to drive value-added solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; with a minimum of 5 years resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Experience in multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR priorities and strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Deliver HR services including talent acquisition, retention, engagement, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
• Act as a hands-on HR representative to management on complex HR-related issues; assess HR needs for the business units.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to deliver integrated and coordinated HR solutions.
