Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking an HR Business Partner II to drive human resources priorities aligned with our organizational goals in the California region.

You will deliver HR services across talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations while acting as a trusted advisor to management. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, 5+ years in employee relations, and a preference for Master’s degree and PHR/SPHR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Master’s preferred; with 5+ years of experience handling complex employee relations across multiple sites.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR priorities and strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Deliver HR services: talent acquisition, retention, engagement, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
• Serve as a business consultant and change agent to align business and people objectives.
