Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks an HRBP II to lead HR priorities in alignment with the organization's goals.

This hands-on role delivers talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations for a designated business unit. As a business consultant and change agent, you will partner with management across multiple sites, applying your HR expertise to address complex issues while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; with 5+ years of HR experience.
• Healthcare HR experience and knowledge of employment laws are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR priorities aligned with organizational objectives.
• Deliver HR services including talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
• Partner with management across designated business units to implement integrated HR solutions.
