Qualifications

• 7-8+ years in HR with related functional areas (Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation, Training)
• 3+ years in an HRBP capacity
• Proven ability to identify talent gaps and drive performance improvements
• Experience consulting to business and performance outcomes; coaching management at multiple levels
• Knowledge of HR policy, procedures, and employment laws (federal/state)
• Ability to work through ambiguity and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with business units to provide proactive HR consultation and support
• Act as trusted advisor to leaders, influencing decisions through an HR lens while balancing employee experience and compliance
• Develop and align HR strategies with business priorities, culture, and competition
• Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leaders (coaching, disciplinary actions)
• Support employee lifecycle initiatives and change management across units
• Assist with restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Ensure consistent HR program effectiveness and legal compliance
