Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, or change initiatives.
• Ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with leaders and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated learning agility with interest in data, analytics, and emerging technologies to support outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to support talent management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Support talent review, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement activities for assigned client groups.
• Build effective relationships with leaders and stakeholders while providing guidance on talent and organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to support implementation of people programs and enterprise initiatives.
• Leverage workforce data, analytics, and emerging technologies to identify trends and inform decision-making.
