Job summary

Gartner is seeking an HR Partner to collaborate with the HR team in support of the Insights and Product Analytics organization. The role focuses on performance management, change management, recruitment lifecycle, and employee relations, with a strong emphasis on partnering with leadership across the BU and functions.

You will coach and counsel managers, drive HR programs, and help shape workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience or equivalent relevant work experience, and strong business acumen.
• Proven HR Generalist skills including employee relations, employment law, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and training and development.
• Ability to deliver HR programs to effectively address business issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations/documentation.

Responsibilities

• Employee relations – Serve as primary contact for managers and associates; respond to concerns; conduct investigations and recommend actions.
• Recruitment & retention – Partner with Recruiting to attract and retain top talent from inside and outside the organization.
• Workforce planning & organizational development – Craft role profiles; align with budgets; advise on current and future organizational needs.
• Succession planning – Support leadership for talent reviews; help identify top talent and retention strategies.
• Compensation & benefits – Participate in annual salary, bonus/commission, and equity planning; provide market adjustments when needed.
