Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner Lead to shape people strategies, partnering with senior leaders to align workforce, leadership, and organizational priorities. The role spans workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership in a highly matrixed environment.

You will lead talent initiatives, advise executives, and drive adoption of HR programs to improve capability and performance across the business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Seven+ years of progressive HR experience with strategic business partnership.
• Experience coaching senior leaders and acting as accountability partner for values.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and influence without direct oversight.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into workforce plans and leadership strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and succession.
• Lead organizational design efforts and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Drive change management with stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, and sustainment.
• Present workforce insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions.
