Job summary

Gartner is seeking an HR Business Partner - Executive Services to collaborate with the HR team and business leaders in Stamford, CT. You will provide HR consultation, coaching, and support across performance management, change management, recruiting life cycle and employee relations.

You will advise on organizational development, succession planning, and compensation/benefits processes, partnering with global teams to align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8–10 years of progressive HR experience or equivalent work experience.
• Proven HR Generalist skills including employee relations, employment law, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, recruitment and training and development.
• Ability to deliver HR programs addressing business issues with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations – serve as primary contact for managers and associates; conduct investigations and escalate as needed.
• Recruitment & Retention – collaborate with Recruiting to attract and retain top talent.
• Workforce Planning & Organizational Development – revise role profiles, align with budget and forecast; guide organizational changes.
• Succession Planning – support leadership talent reviews and retention strategies for critical roles.
• Compensation & Benefits – participate in annual salary/bonus/equity planning; analyze compensation and align with market practices.
