Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Associate Director, HR to partner with the VP, HR and IPA leadership, shaping workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy across the business. You will drive succession planning, leadership development, and change management to enable organizational growth and performance, while balancing strategic consulting with hands-on execution.

You will guide leaders through performance, employee engagement, and coaching, while ensuring compliance and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive HR Business Partner, Organizational Effectiveness, or related HR experience.
• Experience supporting complex, global organizations through periods of transformation and growth.
• Proven HR Generalist skills including employee relations, employment law, employee engagement, succession planning, comp, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, and training and development.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities to deliver HR programs and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership with VP, HR and IPA leadership to translate business priorities into talent strategies.
• Lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership development across the business.
• Coach leaders on performance, engagement, and talent decisions; develop change management plans.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and compliance with laws and policies.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain talent in competitive markets.
• Support annual compensation planning and reward processes with leaders to align with performance and market competitiveness.
