Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) is seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner in New Century, Kansas. The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days on-site. You will shape workforce strategy, partner with leaders, and drive talent initiatives to support business success.

You will collaborate across HR functions to handle employee relations, planning, and organizational effectiveness, while delivering data-driven insights and impactful people strategies across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience partnering with leaders to develop workforce and talent strategies.
• Experience handling employee relations investigations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site, functional, and regional leaders to translate business objectives into workforce strategies.
• Serve as trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, engagement, planning, and performance.
• Develop and implement workforce plans aligning talent with business needs.
• Lead employee relations matters including investigations and corrective actions.
• Drive organizational change, design, and communications planning.
