The role requires leading organizational development efforts, providing consultative support, and delivering training on HR policies, conduct, and leadership development in a fast-paced municipal setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or other related field.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification required.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, recruitment, compensation, organizational support, performance management, workforce planning, or related functions.
