Job summary

InterDent Service Corporation is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead HR business partnerships across its operations. Reporting to the CHRO, you will drive workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and a high‑performing HR team supporting approximately 2,000 employees across eight states.

You will partner with regional leaders to align people programs with business goals, oversee employee relations, talent development, compliance, and change initiatives while fostering a culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
• Minimum of three years leading HR professionals or HR Business Partners.
• Demonstrated success supporting multi-site organizations with geographically dispersed workforces.
• Strong background in employee relations, organizational development, compliance, and leadership coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead two HR Managers/Business Partners and advise three HR Generalists to deliver strategic HR services across regions.
• Develop organizational capability and promote operational excellence within the HR team.
• Allocate resources and ensure consistent HR service delivery across multiple regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align HR programs with business objectives.
