Indiana University Health seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support the Metro area academic side, including dually employed physicians and APPs. You will be a strategic partner—coaching leaders on documentation and performance, guiding organizational design, and advising on labor and wage compliance.

The role requires independent judgment in a complex, matrixed environment and will drive HR initiatives across the organization with the IU School of Medicine.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required; master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience executing HR programs and applying HR regulations (FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI and SharePoint experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary HR partner for dually employed physicians, APPs, and leaders.
• Partner with IU School of Medicine on employee relations involving faculty and staff.
• Coach leaders on documentation, performance, and organizational design.
• Guide change management and drive initiative rollouts.
• Advise on labor and wage law applications.
• Support system-wide HR initiatives including reviews and engagement programs.
• Produce advanced PowerPoint and Excel deliverables for leaders.
• Operate independently in a matrixed environment.
