Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Production Planner in Tempe, AZ to manage material purchase orders, track deliveries, and plan production to meet internal and external demand.

The role emphasizes balancing safety stock with plant efficiency and creating stock transfer orders for shipped but non-produced items. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years SAP experience, and familiarity with MRP, BOMs, and material master data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 3+ years SAP experience preferred.
• APICS Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn Refresco MRP and best practices.
• Assist line scheduling and production sequencing decisions.
• Manage BOMs and material master data for products.
• Provide material order cycle times to inform scheduling.
• Attend operations and supply chain meetings.
• Understand days of supply targets and safety stock logic.
• Review and maintain BOM and master data accuracy.
• Learn about ACE and product launches and related docs.
• Collaborate with operations to support planning processes.
• Assist in transfers and lead time for STOs.
• Assist in reporting by collecting and analyzing data.
