Job summary

Qualifications

• Required – Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
• Required – 5+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Preferred – PHR Or SHRM Certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee thorough, objective, and timely workplace investigations and employee relations matters, including performance management, corrective action, and dispute resolution.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures to support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, proactively mitigate risk, align with business objectives, promote consistency, and foster a positive employee experience.
• Partner with leaders to build management capability, coaching them on employee relations, performance management, talent decisions, compensation practices, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and change management needs.
• Build trusted partnerships with business and HR leaders and employees, fostering a culture of open communication, accountability, engagement, and collaboration.
