Job summary

• 7-10 years HR experience including HRBP or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to advise leadership and coach on employee relations and performance.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and organizational change.

• Advise CFO and leaders on people, workforce and org effectiveness matters.
• Coach managers on performance, feedback, and accountability.
• Partner on workforce planning, talent reviews, and internal mobility.
• Support employee engagement, culture, and change initiatives.
