IDEX Corporation is seeking an HR Business Partner to support manufacturing site and functional leaders with strategic HR, employee relations, performance management, engagement, workforce and talent development. This role partners closely with the HR Director to drive consistent HR practices across MSS Global Operations.

You will coach managers, lead organizational design, recruit and onboard, investigate sensitive issues, ensure compliance, analyze HR data, and support automation of HR tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 6–8 years of experience in HR.
• Progressive experience in a Sr. HR Generalist or HRBP role.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and coaching.
• Experience in manufacturing/multi-site environments preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support site leaders with employee relations and workforce planning.
• Advise on organizational design and capability needs.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding to grow the workforce.
• Coach managers on performance management and development.
• Ensure compliance with laws, HR policies, and guidelines.
• Drive HR programs, engagement, and process improvements across sites.
• Partner with HR leadership on priorities and execution.
• Lead investigations and handle sensitive HR matters when needed.
• Analyze HR data and trends to inform leadership decisions.
