You will move beyond transactional HR, partnering with HR and operations to solve organizational challenges and ensure talent delivery for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner or HR leader roles.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, organizational design, leadership development, employee engagement, retention, and change management.
• Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders while balancing business objectives and employee needs.
• Strong analytical capability translating workforce data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading complex HR initiatives from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with High Purity leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities and objectives.
• Lead strategic workforce planning identifying current and future workforce requirements and critical roles.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to improve hiring quality, speed, and effectiveness for salaried and hourly positions.
• Build stronger talent and succession pipelines by identifying critical roles and developing plans.
• Drive retention and workforce stability using data and feedback to identify root causes and actions.
• Strengthen onboarding, training, and employee development to grow capabilities and performance.
• Provide coaching to leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership, and engagement.
• Support organizational design and role optimization to align with business needs.
• Lead change management initiatives during growth and transformation.
• Use workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate across HR to execute talent management, performance, compensation, and employee relations programs.
• Lead HR projects from problem identification to implementation with measurable outcomes.
