Job summary

Beacon Health System is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with frontline managers and supervisors on projects, align HR strategy with operations, and partner with HR centers of excellence to drive innovative solutions. The role reports to the Manager of HR Business Partners and Operations and supports workforce strategies across the system.

Responsibilities include advising on policies, guiding on employment law, coaching managers on employee relations, and participating in safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business, or related field required.
• Master's degree in HR management preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience; 5 years preferred in a large union/non-union organization.

Responsibilities

• Advising, counseling, interpreting and administering HR policies and procedures.
• Providing guidance on employment law issues.
• Counseling directors/managers on absenteeism, performance, conduct, and working relationships.
• Providing coaching to supervisors and managers on associate matters.
• Attending safety/readiness huddles and front-line management meetings to share HR policy updates.
• Assisting with analyzing engagement survey results and turnover; collaborate on retention activities.
• Gathering, analyzing and reporting HR metrics and identifying current and future talent needs.
• Supporting learning and development for targeted leaders with coaching.
