Northwell Health is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to deliver exceptional HR services across defined units in alignment with organizational goals. You will partner with management, guide solutions, and drive talent retention and development to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will facilitate change, manage performance, compensation planning, and labor relations, while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred in HR or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of HR Generalist experience.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation, org design, management development, employee and labor relations, performance management, diversity, and federal/state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR services across defined unit(s) aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner with management to drive talent development and organizational effectiveness.
• Facilitate solutions to business challenges and guide change management.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and HR policies.
• Lead labor relations discussions and maintain proactive relationships with unions.
• Develop and implement programs for training, development, and succession planning.
• Analyze HR data to identify drivers of engagement, retention, and performance.
