Job summary

BDA, a global Merchandise Agency, seeks an experienced Sr. HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR partnership to the Sales organization across the U.S. You will advise on HR aspects of business decisions and drive employee development, engagement, and workforce planning.

This on-site role requires daily presence with occasional flexibility. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, managing employee relations, and partnering with HR peers to deliver an excellent employee experience, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 7–10 years in a full-time HRBP role partnering with leaders on people strategies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across functions and levels.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment practices and HR compliance considerations.
• Periodic travel to other BDA locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR partner for employees and leaders across the U.S. sales organization.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change leadership.
• Identify opportunities for HR strategic influence with client groups and set objectives with leaders.
• Lead leadership development, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and other HR partners to deliver a strong employee experience.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
