Job summary

Pennex in Wellsville, PA is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted strategic partner. You will design, implement, and manage people programs, drive engagement, and model Pennex core values for site leaders.

Responsibilities include employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and policy development aligned with business needs. You will partner with the Directors of People and Business Partnerships to ensure consistent, fair policies, and lead HR initiatives across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Ten or more years of HR experience are required.
• Five+ years in a HR leadership role are required.
• HR Certification preferred: SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR.
• Experience growing a manufacturing facility is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations with an open-door environment and engage production staff.
• Provide strategic HR direction on training, compensation, benefits, and performance.
• Partner with leaders to align policies with business needs and growth.
• Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and safety orientations.
• Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee HR programs, compliance, and payroll-related activities.
