Job summary

Pennex, part of the MX Holdings family, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner at our Wellsville, PA facility. You will act as a strategic partner, shaping people programs and policies to foster engagement and performance across the organization.

You’ll partner with leaders, drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations, and lead key HR initiatives. A robust background in manufacturing HR, leadership experience, and certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Ten or more years of HR experience is required.
• Five or more years in a HR leadership role is required.
• HR Certification preferred: SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR.
• Experience growing a manufacturing facility is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages employee relations and coaches supervisors and managers.
• Develops policies with guidance to ensure consistency and fairness.
• Oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, and safety orientations.
• Leads performance reviews and compensation events, aligned with business goals.
• Drives change management and organizational design initiatives.
• Collaborates with HRWG and leadership on strategic HR projects.
