You will coach leaders, influence organizational change, and translate business plans into talent initiatives, with travel to Patient Service Centers 1-2 days weekly as needed. Requires BA/BS and 3–6 years HRBP experience.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of HR business partner experience.
• BA/BS required; degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with mid- to senior-level clients and act as a trusted advisor.
• Coach leaders and provide guidance to drive organizational performance.
• Develop and execute business strategy translating into talent plans and workforce design.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure best-practice HR solutions.
• Support succession planning and talent development for the West Region.
