Job summary

The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days on site at Quest's Secaucus, NJ HQ, and offers a salary range of $100,000-$120,000 with eligibility for annual bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization Development, or a related field.
• 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally with HRBP or generalist responsibilities.
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), healthcare billing, or high-volume front-line organizations.
