Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Secaucus, NJ, is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with Revenue Cycle Management leaders, optimize staffing, and drive a high-performing culture.

You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, handle front-line staffing challenges, and contribute to workforce strategies that improve retention and engagement in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is hybrid with three days on-site at HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organization Development, or related field.
• 4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with HRBP or generalist responsibilities.
• Experience supporting a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), healthcare billing, or high-volume front-line organization.
• Strong relationship-building, retention and talent acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities using HR metrics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, credible relationships with mid-level RCM leaders and front-line managers as a consultative partner.
• Translate the RCM business plan into actionable talent and organizational plans to build operational capability.
• Liaise with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure value-added HR programs aligned with strategic goals.
