Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Aspers, PA is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead site HR programs, advise leaders, and ensure compliant, equitable people practices. You will manage labor relations, project delivery, and policy implementation while partnering with COE and talent acquisition.

You will apply analytics to policy decisions, develop communications, and drive workforce initiatives across facilities. Travel to adjacent locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in fast-paced matrix organizations.
• Experience with collective bargaining, negotiations, and labor unions.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop leaders in people leadership, including performance management and talent development.
• Lead HR projects and deployments and provide change management leadership where needed.
• Manage daily employee and labor relations and investigate policy violations as needed.
• Partner with COE teams to implement policy, HR systems and applicable laws and CBAs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to track openings and manage postings.
• Apply data analytics to inform recommendations and proposals.
• Prepare and deliver employment communications and letters.
• Travel may be required to support multiple locations.
