Gellert Global Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employee groups across HR domains including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits.

The role supports workforce planning and organizational change while driving a positive, compliant, high-performing workplace culture aligned with GGG values. Relocation to Madison, NJ is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP / PHR / SPHR preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR guidance across employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding and performance management.
• Support compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and company policies.
• Partner with managers on engagement, workforce planning and organizational change.
• Assist in compensation, benefits and internal equity discussions with HR leadership and Finance.
