Gellert Global Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employee groups across HR domains including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits.
The role supports workforce planning and organizational change while driving a positive, compliant, high-performing workplace culture aligned with GGG values. Relocation to Madison, NJ is anticipated.

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to assigned business leaders and employee groups providing proactive HR partnership and guidance across employee relations talent acquisition onboarding performance management engagement compensation benefits compliance training workforce planning and organizational change This role supports business priorities while helping foster a positive compliant high performing and employee centered workplace culture aligned with GGGs values
Partner with leaders and managers across assigned client groups to understand business needs and provide practical timely HR guidance and supportBuild strong relationships with employees and managers serving as a trusted point of contact for HR related questions workplace concerns and policy interpretationProvide employee relations support including coaching managers resolving employee concerns supporting investigations and recommending fair and consistent outcomesSupport compliance with federal state and local employment laws and company policies; partner with internal resources and outside counsel as neededWork with managers to identify employee engagement opportunities and support action planning based on survey feedback business needs and organizational prioritiesFacilitate the performance management process including goal setting feedback performance reviews coaching corrective action and documentationPartner with managers and Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning position approvals recruiting strategies candidate interviews selection and onboardingSupport new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive employee experience and successful integration into the organizationPartner with leaders on talent development succession planning career growth retention and organizational capabilityProvide guidance on compensation practices job titles grade alignment bonus structures and internal equity in partnership with HR leadership and Finance as appropriateSupport benefits administration and employee changes for assigned client groups partnering with HR team members Payroll and vendors as neededMaintain accurate employee documentation and HRIS data related to employee changes performance onboarding offboarding leaves and other HR processesSupport training and development initiatives including compliance training manager education leadership development and employee learning opportunitiesMonitor workforce trends and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improved communication process consistency and employee experienceParticipate in HR projects and initiatives to improve policies practices systems and processes across GGGMaintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and business informationPerform other duties and projects as assigned
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field required; HR certification such as SHRM CP SHRM SCP PHR or SPHR preferredMinimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a fast paced multi site distribution food manufacturing or corporate environmentStrong knowledge of employee relations employment law HR compliance performance management recruiting onboarding benefits compensation and HR best practicesDemonstrated ability to build credibility and trusted partnerships with employees managers and leaders at all levels of the organizationStrong coaching problem solving conflict resolution and decision making skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly professionally and with discretionAbility to manage multiple priorities projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail and follow throughHigh level of integrity confidentiality professionalism and sound judgmentProficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with ADP or other HRIS platforms preferredBilingual EnglishSpanish skills are a plus
115000 148000 annually plus bonus
Our company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison NJ in Q1 of 2027 Candidates should be comfortable with this upcoming change in location
