Acuity Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist/Manager (HRM) to partner with leaders across Electronics, Pricing & Strategy. Working closely with the HR Director, the HRM will translate business priorities into talent actions, guide organizational design, and ensure accurate HR data while supporting growth.

This role is hybrid, with one on-site day per week in Decatur, GA. The HRM will help implement talent strategies, coach leaders, and drive continuous improvement across HR programs,

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of HR experience with at least 1 year in a business partner or HR manager role.
• Proven ability to coach, influence and partner with people managers.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, and program delivery.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the HR Director to execute talent strategies and organizational design.
• Coach leaders across HR programs including performance management and compensation cycles.
• Support onboarding, employee engagement, and sensitive employee situations.
• Ensure consistent HR policy implementation across functions.
• Deliver enterprise HR programs and adapt them to assigned groups.
• Maintain HR data integrity and provide insights via data analysis.
• Guide organizational changes, role design, and workforce planning.
