Job summary

Acuity Inc. in the United States is seeking an HRBP Manager to partner with Operations and Sourcing to translate business priorities into talent, leadership, and organizational actions. This role supports 6 distribution facilities and reports to HR Directors and Centers of Excellence.

The position is primarily onsite based in Conyers, GA or Dallas, TX, with 30%+ travel and limited hybrid flexibility possible in the future based on business needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a strategic partner role.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and influencing leaders across business issues.
• Strong business/financial acumen and ability to connect talent to business strategy.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and core HR programs.
• Experience supporting workforce management/planning and organizational design.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel 30-40%, including internationally (Mexico & Canada).

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Directors and leaders to align talent priorities with business goals.
• Coach leaders on performance, associate relations, team effectiveness, and organizational changes.
• Advise on onboarding, training and development, engagement, and complex associate matters.
• Translate HR programs into practical solutions with consistent policy application.
• Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, role design, and capability-building.
• Lead change initiatives and enable leaders to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Serve as a connector between managers and HR Centers of Excellence.
• Lead talent initiatives aligned with business priorities, including succession and leadership development.
• Use data to identify trends, assess risk, and improve HR process effectiveness.
• Champion Acuity’s culture and values in daily decisions and actions.
