Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in strategic HRBP roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify organizational capabilities and implement HR strategies.
• Consult with managers on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with policies and goals.
• Forecast and plan talent pipeline requirements in line with business strategy.
• Advise leaders on compensation decisions and total rewards communication.
• Lead or participate in HR projects and develop programs aligned with COE directions.
• Drive change, continuous improvement, and development opportunities for employees.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders across locations to align services.
