Applied Materials is seeking an HR Partner to support multiple client groups including the Office of the CTO, Display Flexible Technology and corporate functions. The role emphasizes delivering core HR services, enabling manager effectiveness, and ensuring global consistency and employee experience.

The candidate will partner with HR peers to drive HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, and analytics-driven decisions. Full-time, on-site role with travel and bonus/stock opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping HR strategies to align with BU goals.
• Ability to conduct organizational and talent assessments.
• Design change management and engagement programs.
• Coach and develop executives and managers.
• Collaborate with COE and HR Ops to deliver HR initiatives.
• Proficient in analytics using Workday/Workforce Dashboard.
• Experience in M&A diligence and HR integration.
