Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted partner and coach for frontline leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals. You will manage staffing, performance processes, onboarding, training, and employee relations while maintaining a strong safety and compliance focus.

You will be on the floor with teams, lead HR process improvements, and collaborate across the HR team to implement consistent policies and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner and coach for frontline leadership.
• Manage staffing for full-time and temporary resources.
• Oversee annual performance management and merit processes.
• Coordinate and conduct training needs assessments and delivery.
• Oversee onboarding and exit processes.
• Investigate employee concerns in line with policies.
• Foster two-way communication and positive employee relations.
