Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Three+ years of HR experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner and coach for frontline leadership.
• Observe and provide feedback to leaders on how to communicate priorities and remove barriers to success.
• Manage staffing processes for full-time and temporary resources.
• Oversee performance management and merit increase processes.
• Coordinate and conduct employee training and onboarding.
• Lead investigations into employee complaints and policy concerns.
• Develop strategies to drive positive employee relations and open communication.
• Be the on-floor presence, supporting GEMBA walks and kaizens as needed.
• Drive HR process improvements with the HR team.
