Job summary

Boone Hospital Center is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver strategic HR support aligned with the hospital's objectives. This hands-on partner will understand operational goals and workforce challenges across departments, advising leaders on people strategies that foster engagement and a positive culture.

Key focus areas include employee relations, performance management, leadership coaching, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent HR experience.
• Proven ability to consult with leaders and employees at all levels.
• Experience in performance management and employee development.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation, leaves, and accommodations processes.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with employees, leaders, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Partner with Employee Health to manage workers' compensation cases and compliance.
• Lead administration of leave-of-absence and workplace accommodation requests.
• Lead large HR projects impacting multiple departments and units.
• Provide guidance on performance management, development, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
