• Analyses data, trends and issues; performs root cause analysis with Sr. HRBPs.
• Supports Sr. HRBPs on projects and initiatives.
• Assists leaders with HR programs, employee relations, and policy adherence.
• Generates summary reports and maintains compliance with state and federal laws.
