Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in relevant HR work.
• Minimum 2 years in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to support culture and shared mindset initiatives
• Implement workforce strategies, conduct workforce diagnoses, and resolve workforce issues
• Measure employee morale and employee satisfaction; drive actions to improve the employee experience
• Advise and counsel leaders on situational matters, including performance and discipline
• Coordinate and facilitate employee activity groups
• Partner with leaders to improve effectiveness and efficiency through labor and efficiency initiatives
• Deploy HR tools for development programs, performance management, appraisal, and talent acquisition
• Support employee onboarding and assist with orientation; help ensure hiring and onboarding through HR tools and resources
• Act as a senior HR team member and may be asked to take on more strategic activities with the senior team at the facility
• Use HR Centers of Excellence and HR Service Centers processes and tools to provide local support for program implementation, employee relations and engagement, including diversity initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 or more years of experience in relevant work
• Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner is required

Reporting & Role Scope

• Provide support to designated leaders and employees at one or more HCA Healthcare facilities
• Reporting to the Facility (or Line of Business Regional) VP of HR
• Support local implementation of HR programs, employee relations, engagement, and diversity initiatives
