Job summary

Mars Incorporated, in the MSNA region, is seeking a P&O Business Partner, Demand COE and 3D to align talent, organization, and capabilities with senior leadership priorities. You will translate business needs into HR strategy to drive net sales growth, margins, and cash generation.

You will partner with leaders, design structures, coach executives, and ensure inclusive talent pipelines across matrixed teams. This role reports to the Sr. Director, P&O One Demand, Mars Snacking North America.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 6–8 years HR experience including HRBP background.
6–8 years progressive HR experience, with HRBP background.
Proven change management and organizational design skills.
Strong executive coaching and influence with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to shape business priorities into functional people strategies.
Design, optimize, and align structures to support the regional operating model.
Provide strategic coaching to people leaders to enhance performance.
Lead talent strategy including succession planning and development.
Ensure a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.
Collaborate with Centers of Expertise and key interfaces.
